Movement and Breathing:
Learn to be in the FLOW!

- Affinity Yoga was developed by Ashley Rowan. Within this style of yoga, the heart is regarded as an intuitive and whole-body system integrator, which allows space for yin/yang union and eventual transcendence. Traditional yoga has metaphors for cutting off the head or ego. Affinity Yoga students see the heart as an integrator of the left and the right brain; the heart releases neurotransmitter messengers which balance the brains' decisions.
We focus on inner experience, how the belly, the breath and the heart take rise from the Gaia, the Earth.
Affinity Yoga means a feeling for All of Life, it is the feminine unfolding that is explored through postures of spiralness, stillness and flow movement to reveal the inner body. It is excellent for males and females who may be pushing the intellectual brain-edge and need an approach to "reach into the bodies' inherent wisdom."

Qi Gong - We practice and teach - Zhong Yuan Qi Gong
is an ancient (about 7,000 y.o.) comprehensive system of knowledge and practice that embraces different sides of human existence including learning and development, wellness and healing (self and others), self-regulation and inner spiritual transformation, as well as philosophical concept of the Universe and the human being as a part of it (close to Taoism). ZYQ consists of simple daily practices (such as stretching and movement exercises, breathing, relaxation and sensory awareness, self-massage, profound meditations and imagery development) that help you to stay in the Flow, Be present and connected. We've studied ZYQ with Grandmaster Xue Mingtang, and Lydia Rowan is certified as a teacher.
