Day 1
/ Fri 7 p.m.-10 p.m.
We’ll explore old traumas and
limitations, that hold you back: body-image, self-esteem, anxiety, worries,
depression, fears of aging, of abandonment, loneliness, lack of joy,
sensitivity, non-orgasmic states, desire to have true intimacy and fear of
opening up…
We’ll sit in a healing circle and
whine together, we’ll share our YIN – deep, dark, moist wells of our psyche,
that is scary to look into on your own, we’ll turn into warriors sharing their
life-battle stories.
We’ll learn more about our energy
body, specific qualities of YIN and YANG, and how it is expressed in a real
life situations.
We’ll help our soul and body to unwind in a healing trance
dance.
We’ll do the ritual of dropping
the “old story” and learn the way of a Goddess!
Day 2 / Sat 9 a.m.-12noon, 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
WE’LL PRACTICE:
QiGong and Yogic (Pranayama) breathing, Taoist and Yogic meditation,
intent, ritual, postures of Tao Yin and asanas of Yoga , movement (elements of
5-animal QiGong and Tai Qi), spontaneous dance, laughter, developing senses,
body awareness, deep connection with your core.
We’ll learn and practice YIN orbits, and cultivate
Women’s Yin power (that was afraid of and repressed in centuries of males
dominancy).
We’ll see the ways, how to erect our Yang Tower – body of
Light on the strong basis of YIN.
Day 2 /
Sat. 7 p.m. -10 p.m.
Fire Ritual with Nadezhda Duvan on our healing
Mitakuye Oyasin (“To All My Relations”) nature land. Drumming, dancing.
Day 3 / Sun 9 a.m. – 12 noon, 1 p.m. -5 p.m.
Learn the healing ways of
Siberian shaman: listen and talk to your drum, explore the rhythm,
witness and participate in the ancient healing ceremony of Shamanic
Soul Retrieval.
