Lydia and Ashley have taught internationally for several years the arts of:

Chi Gong- (mild and thoroughly grounding Chinese exercise of chi development, longevity and illumination)

Yoga- (stretching, breathing and development of the senses to bring health and development of meditation calmness), and

the art of Healing Massage- (relaxation as the essence of vacating the mind and letting it enter the whole body!).

All mentioned modalities are greatly strengthening for the immune system, develop peace of mind and create the grounds for healthy, balanced and enjoyable couple relationships.

This Spain workshop promises to be an eye-opener and cutting edge as Ashley and Lydia share their teachings from world travel, study with several masters, and workshop experiences, including different International Conferences such as the International Science and Consciousness Conference, where they taught yoga from 2002-2007.
