Join us in exploration of an ancient Chinese healing system that is intended
to prevent disease, set you free of stress and pain, bring more confidence
and joy into your enriched life, as well as invite your soul-development.
- Classes introduce simple and effective methods to experience qi (vital energy)
- Basic qigong theory is taught including breath, posture, movement, intent
- You learn to listen, dialogue and trust your body, your awareness deepens
- Your mind and sense of Self expands, you connect to Nature and Universe
- You learn how to clear your body of stagnant, toxic, weak and old qi; how to transform your negative energy; how to cultivate fresh, new life force
- You learn how to circulate this life force in the channels, removing all energy blocks and spasms and how to be in the flow
- Your skin, muscles, organs will be toned and filled up with new vitality
- Your joints and bones will be strengthened
- You develop mental focus and healing imagery through profound Taoist meditations
- You build a habit of qigong practice during the eight weeks and by the end of the class you will know how to bring this practice into your daily life.
